Late, No Show, and Cancellation Policies

 

Head Cases Salon & Spa, llc., strives to accommodate the appointment needs of our clientele to the best of our abilities. However, we also understand that life can occasionally throw us an unexpected curve. In order to serve the needs of all our clients we have instituted the following policies:

 

Late Policy: As we often have clients booked in succession, it is impossible for us to lengthen an appointment due to late clientele, and the remaining session will end as scheduled.

 

Cancellation and/or Service Change Policy: We require 24 hour notice of cancellation or adjustments to your scheduled services. If you need to cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, and your appointment time is filled you will not be charged for cancellation. However, if you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice and your appointment time is not filled, you will be charged 50% of the total service cost.

 

No shows: No shows for scheduled appointments will be charged the full amount of the scheduled appointment.


To make the most of your Spa experience:

  • Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment to check in, have a beverage, and complete any necessary forms.
  • A parent or guardian must accompany guests younger than 18 years of age.
  • Men should refrain from shaving if they are receiving a facial that day.
  • To maintain a comfortable and serene environment, we ask that our guests arrange for off-premise childcare, and silence cell phones prior to their visit.
